You can leave reports here that things went astray, or that you had a specific error message or number. Or you can just tell us that everything went well when you updated. When you do post about an error, could you please state what the error was? Also please follow the guidelines stipulated in this thread. And when you do post may we please ask that you do so without adding your signature? With thanks. To do so, when you make a post in this thread, uncheck the 'Add my signature to this reply' and then make your post. Your signature will still be enabled on other posts, just not this one. You can also edit your post during an hour and take the signature out. We ask that you post without a signature to keep the purpose of this thread clear: News about project outages, not about how many credits you have or what team you want us to join. It's not that difficult to do and it gives the moderators even less work to do, as we don't have to remove your post. So please.. |

It'll do this after the repair installation as well. It'll also do it on a clean installation, But BOINC itself will still run if you start it manually, so you can do any further testing you had planned. Looks like OpenCL on CPU still has a few rough edges that need smoothing out. |

You will have to uninstall BOINC prior to being able to install this version. The new installer won't let you repair install BOINC or install over a previous 7.2.21. |

Hey, I've been playing RPGs now for 2 years or so, and I'm looking to play a game in English (I'm German and lived in the states for 5 years). Since English-language groups are a little sparse around these parts, I'm looking online for a group.

Hello all!
Howdy Jacob For Macbook
My name's Jacob and I'm here for the category theory course. Not sure if I would have stumbled across this corner of the Internet otherwise but I'm glad that I did. I'm 21 at the moment and live in DFW doing straightforward full-stack development for a smallish company. My long term goals are different but as of now I'm in no rush to get to them.
My journey to being interested in this course can be very roughly sketched out as follows. When I was about 13 I learned about open source software, read How To Become A Hacker, and determined to become a Smug Lisp Weenie. Emacs scared me off for a while but I eventually came back and at this point think I've developed the necessary smugness while I work on the Lisp part. I found an internship and a job doing software dev in my hometown and that was my in to turning programming into a career. I did end up going to school, albeit at a school that fast-tracked me through my BSCS. On the side I remain interested in programming languages of all kinds, especially functional ones. Though I don't use the fun languages much at work, I hope cat. theory will be a helpful bit of mathematical rigor to pick up.
Outside the bit-twiddly things I try to dabble in as many things as possible. Right now some of the pools I have toes dipped in include vinyl records, science fiction novels, fermented foods, Orthodox Christianity, West Coast Swing dancing, and linguistics.
